Account Executive:

Job Description – CultureFit Technology Staffing is seeking an individual with an over-achiever mentality and an entrepreneurial spirit to expand our services (which include, contract, contract-to-hire and permanent placement…see Staffing Solutions at www.culturefit.com).

Must be able to locate, assess and develop new client opportunities in the technology field using CultureFit's Staffing process.

Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, technology and recruiting. Technology background and experience is preferred. Must have a high-level of understanding of very complex job requirements.

Our Account Executives and Recruiters utilize cutting-edge sourcing tools and techniques to manage and build effective relationships, so that we represent the clients and candidates properly.
Our Account Executives work closely with our recruiters and often with the candidates directly. We take pride in moving the hiring process along quickly and efficiently and with the utmost integrity.
Most of our work is done primarily on-site, however, an individual will need to make client visits and be able to effectively evaluate the client's corporate culture using our CultureFit Certification Process.
